These are the most light-weight shoes I have ever owned, and are so perfect for my job. I wore them around the house for about 3 hrs when they first arrived, and they took about that long to form to my foot. When I put them on for work the next morning, I felt like they were shoes I'd worn for years. The cushion is awesome, but, being something of a Memory Foam fanatic, I do know that a year or so (much shorter if worn daily, at work) will wear the insole down, and the shoes will need to be replaced. However, $50 for coming home with no low-back pain? The shoes pay for themselves. Strongly recommend.
